daily perineum wash

~ instructions ~

  1. 1/4 - 1/2 cup of herbs into largest pot of boiling water

  2. simmer with lid on 5-10 minutes (additional 5 minutes with stove off)

  3. use cheese cloth/strainer and pour into near empty bath

  4. fill bath at preferable temperature + add Epsom salts

~ to be used daily in herb bath or sitz bath ~

~ with stiz bath let the water cool down until preferred temperature ~
